I'm getting an error "OHQ-01" - what does this mean?
This error occurs if your device is not able to connect to our servers, usually due to weak mobile or WiFi internet connection. Please try again with a stronger signal. It may also occur if your device is behind a misconfigured firewall or when using MDM software on your phone. In this case please contact your system or network administrator.
My app does not start anymore!
Please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. When using Windfinder Pro, you won't be charged again if you are using the same Google Account / Apple ID that you used when purchasing the app.
I purchased and downloaded the Windfinder Pro app, but nothing happens.
In some cases Apple App Store do not install the app properly. Just redownload and reinstall the app again. Redownloading of already paid apps from Apple App Store is always free of charge.

The app always throws an error "License check failed".
This error is mainly caused by weak connection signals. Please make sure your connection indicators on the top right of the screen are green and you are using a strong internet connection, WiFi preferred.Please make sure that the Google account that you used to buy the app is active on your device.
